# EXPR - Expression Function (Abbreviation)
Syntax: expr(expr_str)
 Description: Dynamically calculates an expression string (abbreviated form of EXPRESSION).
 Incremental Calculation: Not Supported
 Example:
SELECT expr('temperature > 30') as is_hot FROM sensors
 1
